    I broke up with the bottle

     
     
    I burried an old friend a month ago today
    His first was Vino, AKA "Jose Cuervo"
    Last name "Cervesa"
    Yeah he had so many names
    Just like he played so many games
     
    I met him when i was only 13
    lost touch now and then
    I'd always call him when i was down
    When i'd need a friend
    Sad, or lonely
    And he'd keep me company
    Loyal til the end
     
    I've wept and yearned for him many nights now
    My strength is building up
    I found another friend though
    Who will always fill my cup
    His name is Jesus, AKA "LORD"
